How much will I pay for shipping?
Shipping will be figured based on the weight of the order and based on the carrier you choose. We charge a $1.00 handling fee. Because shipping is based on weight, once items are combined the shipping is sometimes less then what the web site charged. We refund the balance to you. We prefer you spend your money on fun stuff!  We also may change your shipping to give you the best price and timing.

Can I have my order shipped to another location?
We can do that, no problem. Just give us that address. This is also a good idea if you are overseas and have someone coming to visit you that are in the US. If you have an event in another location it can be more cost effective and faster to ship it direct. We are basically flexible.

When can I expect to receive my items?
UPS takes 6 days to go across the US, not counting the day it was shipped. You can go to www.UPS.com to figure the shipping time, or call us. USPS which we use a lot takes about 2-3 days for Priority. We can't guarantee shipping time. Please call and let us know if you need your order by a certain date and we will do all we can to make sure you have it. There will also be import charges; we don't know what those are for each country.

How quickly are orders shipped?
We ship within 48 hours (M-F). If we are back-ordered on a product we will let you know ASAP.

What about international orders?
We are happy to send orders internationally. Please allow extra time to receive order. Just follow instructions during order process.

What about backorders?s
If a product is backordered we will let you know right away.

We have Yuck samples available but please only one per organization/individual. If you need more samples for a conference or other reason please contact us and we will be glad to help you out.

I was unable to find a product on your web site. How can I find it?
Please email or call us. We like to keep products that people need and want, if something isn't that popular we may discontinue it, but will gladly bring it back.

How do I clean up Yuck?
The best way is to shovel it, or sweep it. If you have used tarps washing them off with a hose works the best. Remember that wherever the Yuck lands will be slippery for awhile, so clean off tarps into tubs for easy dumping. Then just throw it in the garbage can or dumpster. See MSDS, it is in no way toxic and biodegrades. You can also put around bushes, trees and plants and it will water them as it dries out. This will come back a few times if it rains or is watered, and it doesn't look very pretty when dirt and leaves catch in it. But it is possible!

Can I reuse it?
Yes, you can if it is within a few days, but once bodies are in it bacteria has been introduced. It can be dried but this involves having a large clean area where it can be spread very thin, and you still have the bacteria issue. Just throw out and buy some more!

How can I get it out of my clothes?
First hose off as much as possible. Do not get Yuck in the shower/bath as it will clog the pipes, (it absorbs water). Dry the clothes and then shake out well outside before laundering.

When should we make the Yuck if our event is at 7 pm on an 85 degree sunny day?
If you are using the Chunky Yuck you want to start it the night before. With the Saucy and Snowy you can make them a few hours before. Heat does not affect Yuck for just one day. It is so dense that you will not have any dehydration.

Return Policy:
We have a 30 day return policy on unused/unopened product. To qualify for the refund we must receive the product back within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in the return and refund process. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Please repack products carefully for return. Please inspect your products carefully upon arrival. Let us know if anything has been damaged in shipping so we can report that to the carrier.

If the return is due to our error, we will, of course, refund your return shipping costs, or send a call tag for pick up. In the meantime we will make sure you have the product needed if an event is scheduled.
